| Tokai Stratocaster 1981 made 72 model Blue Metallic This guitar was made in 1981. It should be SS-50 from the sticker behind the neck. It is fully original condition with original Tokai hard case (hard case is pretty old looking with some letters...almost erased...but still visible. you could try to erase by thinner). As you can see, it is Blue Metallic color. I didn't know that they made like this color. So, I check the body inside too. The body, body color and electric circuits are all original. Only I could see that the nut was changed, Well, the condition of this guitar is fine as over 25 years old. Of course, there are many scratches and dents, but these are not really visible much. The frets are so-so (worn, but no need to re-fretting). The neck grip is standard C. Metal parts are so so condition. Saddle parts are all O.K. Only Neck joint plate has the scratches by sand paper. No idea what for??? The electric parts are probably original. I could not find any re-solder. The gray bobbin PU hasn't got stamp, but it is Tokai made. It is about 3.56 Kg, Probably, Sen wood body (3P?). The guitar will be delivered with original Tokai hard case in picture. Well, please try the vintage Tokai !!! |
