Fernandes RFB-80 Firebird Model It should be 80's made Firebird model. I have another Firebird which is very closed specification except Tremolo unit installed (I keep it as N.F.S). Anyway, this guitar is also pretty good condition except the stickers on the body as shown. I didn't peel them off. Except these, this is pretty good. The metal parts are a bit rusted. To think about the age, it should be proper condition. The neck is Maho made and straight. Of course, this is though neck construction, not set neck. Frets are proper, electric circuits are proper too. The tuning key is banjo type. One of my friends are looking for the Firebird banjo type peg for the replacement. Currently, Gotoh is making it only for Gibson as OEM. Old Greco firebird are mostly regular tuning key (6 in line type). Well, This tuning key type is rare too. The body is solid body, not ply wood. There are not serious dents, scratches. Well, as I said, it is good condition. This guitar will be shipped with soft carrying case which should be original case by Fernandes. Well, please try Fernandes Burny Firebird guitar! |
