Fernandes 1979-80 Tokai made Jeff Beck Stratcaster model
1979-80 Tokai made Fernandes strat. Jeff Beck model was listed as FST-60J
on their catalog.
However, the specification of this guitar is slightly different from the catalog.
FST-50J has 22 frets. Well, this one has 21 frets.
Anyway, this is early production or proto-type.
This tokai made Fernandes were high rate evaluation guitar by many professional
people.
Fernandes made this model by the time they started the revival series.
Japanese collectors said "Stone Logo" type.
The body is SEN with good wood pattern. It is 3.45Kg.
The neck is maple 1P, Rose wood finger board. The nut width is 42 mm.
The neck grip is standard C.
Maybe you could feel a bit thin grip compare with Fender Japan Start.
The frets are good condition.
The PU is original. It is pretty good tone.
Well, this guitar is almost like brand new except the dent on bottom.
We are going to ship this guitar with hard case (not square).
