FERNANDES FTE-70 Maho Body Telecaster Model 1978-79 made
This guitar was made in maybe 1978-79 time.
Fernandes made many good replica before their revival series.
This is one of good example. Many Players here loved Fernandes made Fender Replica.
I guess their sales was very good. They started to produce the custom made guitar too.
This is sort of their custom made, but has a good wood material in use.
When I get this guitar, it is very regretfully, the previous owner took off the brand name.
We could see still thin pattern as Stone Logo on head.
Beside this, this is good condition guitar.
I have changed the selector switch to Oak 3 way. The original one didn't work.
The neck is 1P. It is straight with 41.5mm nut width. The body is Maho
I'm not sure how many piece of wood. Probably 3P. Its weight is 3.37Kg.
The body has many dents and scratches. The paint of this guitar is very thin.
It is not Poly. Fernandes said it is black sunburst violin finish.
I don't know which paint material in use. However, we could see the fibre tracheid.
The electric circuits were checked and it is fine.
I like this guitar's tone. It is very warm and clear on the neck PU.
Maybe, most of players will have same impression.
No Brand name on. This is only reason I rated "Fair".
