Fernandes FLP 1978-79 Tokai Made Les Pual STD Model
This should be FLP-50, 60 or 70...
I could not specify the modeling. The previous owner have changed the tuner
to Shaller, and Bridge PU to Duncan.
Probably, 70 class guitar.
As you know, Fernandes asked Tokai to supply several modeling in 1978.
This is Tokai made Les Paul STD.
I have another FLP. It shiuld be same but the brown color.
The position inlay of these guitars are east to peel down.
This guitars' also looks repaired.
The neck is straight and frets are proper condition (got worn, but still
O.K.) with C grip. Not really thin.
The truss rod is O.K. The nut width is almost 43.7mm. The body is Maho
2-3P. Top is 2P maple.
It is 4.81Kg weight.
The parts are changed a bit.
1) Tuner --- shaller
2) Bridge PU --- Duncun
3) Volume Pods --- CTS.
4) PU Mount Rings
Well, the looks pretty good still.
The sound, of course, Les Paul sound. I thought to change this guitar like
Jimmy Page Model
But I didn't because of current good tone.
The brown hard case shown above will be delivered wit this guitar
