Kawai FII-B Through Neck bass
I'm not sure when this bass was built. Probably, mid of 80's made.
When I get this bass, this one is completely modified by someone (previous
owner).
It has only volume and tone. Bridge and tuner were changed. But the neck
feel, action and width are really nice.
I started to restore this bass.
Tuner --- Ibanes tuner from my stock
Pick up --- Previous user out the musicman type. I took off both and put
new Bartolini
Bridge --- Change to Gotoh Brand new
Control ---PU selector switch, Volume, Tone, 3 way PU single/Hum/single
X 2, High/low EQ, Active/Passive selector SW
with Bartlini PreAmp.
Great bass, I love.
So far, I do not have any intention to sell this bass.
But, if someone who loves Kawai so much, I would consider.
