Fender Japan JB62-60 CAR Fujigen Made MIJ E serial
This is good condition E serial Jazz Bass.
According to the Fender Japan Catalog, this model have Japan Made PU.
It means that Gotoh PU was originally equipped.
I checked the electric components. The neck PU is not original. I'm not
sure the PU brand.
I have changed Neck PU pot only...it was too much noisy.
The body paint should be Poly finish.
The wood should be the alder or basswood. Fender Japan catalog said alder
or basswood.
I could not specify which wood, anyway. The weight is 4.09 Kg. It is standard
JB weight.
The neck is maple 1P + Rose finger board with 38.5mm nut width.
Of course, it is straight and no twisting. The frets are proper condition.
The tuner is not reverse type on.
The body condition is so so. There are bit scratches and dents. it is over
20 years old bass.
Think about the age, this looks is vintage looking.
I have just put the new pickguard on. This is not Fender Japan original.
Well, the tone is beautiful. I love it very much.
The metal parts are proper condition, not really rusted yet.
We are going to ship this bass with used hard case (not Fender Original)
