| John Bennet Telecaster Custom model 1975 made John Bennet guitar is probably made by Kawai Gakki. It means that it is bother guitar with early Fernandes guitar. I found it from the neck, body design and serial numbering It is very seldom to see John Bennet guitar even in Japan. I guess the production of John bennet guitar was very limited because of its sales. The neck is straight with bonded Maple finger board. The frets are proper condition. The finger board paint a bit peel off. Maybe, it was made on purpose. I guess the previous owner didn't play this guitar so much. The body is so so condition except the sunburn of sticker. It will be disappear if you put the guitar in your room within a couple of years. The weight is bit over 4Kg. A little bit heavy body which is character of old days Kawai made guitar. I have same guitar in sunburst color. I sold it a couple of month ago. The new owner said that he loves John Bennet Telecaster, anyhow. Well, just try old JV guitar! |
