| Yamaki Brabd ST 72 model Yamaki is a famous acoustic guitar manufacturer. The founder is Teradaira brothers. The elder brother managed the Daion Corporation which is distributing the Founder, Joodee and Yamaki. The younger brother was managing the Yamaki factory (Before establishing the Yamaki/Dion, they were working for Zen-On). This stratocaster model was maybe made in early 1980's or late 1970's. This guitar was made with great care. The neck shape is soft V grip type. Probably, it is high price model. On the neck set plate, there is a hole said "Epochal Rod System". Maybe from this hole, we could adjust the truss-rod. It said patented. The condition of this guitar is great. Well, it should be over 25 years old guitar, even so, it is still beautiful looking. The neck, frets and electric circuits are proper condition. Good tone too. I personally think Yamaki is one of good JV guitar compare with other brand. It can be used for professional use. I have been collecting many JV guitars. The bottom photo is showing other my collection has small head type. Good era's great guitar ! |
