ARIA PRO-II FV-650 I recently got this guitar. Maybe previous owner has changed the body color? But it is not so bad. I have changed all electric parts to CTS, Switchcraft and Belden with silver solder. The original circuit was not really good condition. The original pickup is probably Dimarzio super distortion. I don't like coverless humbucker. Well, I prefer the old type tone too. So I put the old Fernandes Humbucker VH-1 and Tuner from my stock. I also put the Maestro type short tremolo unit. I love this style pretty much. The original parts are keeping. Maybe some people loves this modification, someone hate like this modification. Well, I just prefer more original Gibson looks Flying V. The Di Marizio Powered series was started in 1980. So, this guitar is made probably 1980-87 (Matsumoku was bankrupted in 1987). |
