Seymour Duncan Telecaster DT-100N/M Several my friends who has been working for music industry here told me that early made Seymour Duncan was pretty good tone. So, I have been looking for only their "Traditional" series. Well, this is ESP Japanese factory made guitar, anyway. This is recently I got. No modifications are done for this guitar. The fingerboard became a bit dairy like vintage guitar. The body wood is ash 2P. It is approx. 3.4Kg. as Tele, it is a proper weight. The neck is 1P Maple C grip type, not really fat and thin. PU should be original Duncan, but I felt it is a bit muffled sound. This is not really JV guitar. only 23-24 years old guitar. But it is good MIJ guitar. ESP has stopped the production of Seymour Duncan guitars. It is just rumors that Fender claimed ESP and this series was obsolete. |
