TEISCO WG-4L I have been collecting a bit Teisco, Guyatone and other bizarre guitars. These are not really my JV guitar definition. But, I love their design and the construction of some guitar parts. I also love to repair/rebuilt those guitar. I bought 20 units some for past years, just bought and keep them. Recently, I started to inspect them one by one, did maintenance works to keep their life as musical instruments. Some parts are missing, broken and rusted. I try to find out the spare parts, sometimes made it, and doing the new plating on parts. WG-4L is 4 pick up guitar. I didn't clean up this guitar yet. So far, the pick ups are fine. We could play it well. 4 original PUs are pretty clear tone. 4 PU selector switches, 1 tone selector, 1V and 1T. You could see paint crack between finger board and neck. I think it is not serious issue. The nut is original. The body paint is so so as over 55 years old guitar. But, it still have a good looking. Well, Metal parts are a bit rusted. After checking the detailed, I would add some. But if you are interested in this guitar, just ask us. I would do it shortly. We are going to ship this guitar with Gigbag. |
