H.S.Anderson H.S. LP60 Les Paul Standard As you guys know, H.S. Anderson was made by Morris guitar factory under conduction of Mr. H. Shiino. They offered several Les Paul Replica. Well, as replica, I feel that Tokai LS was more accurate clone guitar. However, H.S. Anderson has a bit different feeling from original Les Paul. This guitar was made around 1976-78 time, I guess. I estimated it from the signiture of `U cavity. The body is Maho back and Maple 2P plain top. The neck is Maho 2P (maybe I could not specify). This is not deep joint set in neck. When I got this guitar, the original PUs are changed to Gibson. I'm not sure the model of Gibson. But these are showing me good tone, anyway. The condition of this guitar is good as aged. We could see several small dents. But it is not serious for playing. The neck is not really fat, like Gibson slim neck. The nut width is 42mm approx., truss rod is still working. The frets are proper condition. The Maho 2P and Maple 3P Plain top body is approx. 4.1 Kg I think it is standrad weight. It is pretty good guitar. We will ship this guitar with hard case (shown on photo.) Enjoy JV guitar |
