Heartman Les Paul Model I have heard the brand name before. If my memory is fine, it must be made by Suzuki Violin in 70's. Suzuki made mainly mail order guitar such as Thomas brand here in 70's. They also distributed the Thunder brand guitar. Anyhow, I don't have a good impression for this brand. Just thought student guitar. A few month ago. I found this guitar and felt I should have at least one unit as JV guitar collector. I personally do not like bolt on type guitars. However, my impression was changed pretty much. It is quite good guitar as price. This is not Les Paul standard model. Les Paul studio type? Well, Gibson didn't offer such model in 70's. For that mean, Suzuki made future Gibson design in 70's. I do not know the wood material. It should be Japanese wood. But Suzuki used 1P wood for this body. (If I made a mistake to check the wood, please allow me). I think it looks like 1P body. The neck is probably Maho 1P (or similar looks wood) and 3P head. The body weight is 3.35Kg. It is ultra light weight. The nut width is 43 mm. Well, grip like standard Gibson LP standard (not fat one) I priced here, but not strong intention to sell this guitar. It is really lovely JV guitar, anyway If you would like to keep this guitar instead of me, just let me know. |
