KASUGA "The Kasuga" SC-600B
Kasuga offered the Scorpion series in late 70's.
SC-600 was most cost effective model of their through neck guitar.
However, I felt that this is much high specification guitar compare with same price range though neck
from Greco, Fernandes, Kawai and Yamaha.
The body material is 7PLY though neck (Walnut + Maple) and Sen (Japanese Ash). It is 4.11Kg weight.
This body construction gave us very good sustain and heavy tone.
SC-600 catalog said they have Kasuga Original Dual sound 1 PU.
I felt this is original PU.
The PU selector allow us to select "Humbucking", "Single" and "Phase" mode of this dual sound PU.
It actually made a very good tone.
The neck is like C but a bit fat. The nut is 43.1 mm width.
The frets are not really worn... The outside looks are fine (On the body said has a bit scratches).
The Logo mark said "The Kasuga".
It gave me an impression that Ksasuga defined this is completely different production line from Heerby.
Well, great JV guitar with good condition.
We will ship this guitar with used Gigbag.
