Orange Stratocaster 68 model 1976 Made
This is very rare brand. I have heard that one of Osaka music store made a marketing plan to sell
this OEM guitar with Fernandes or Kawai. Probably, they didn't satisfy the replica of Fernandes.
Probably this is before Stone Logo FST (Tokai made) era.
I have check the body construction. It is very similar with Fernandes FTS-70 series.
The difference from old Fernandes is the neck finger board. Orange is 1P maple neck.
Well, Fernandes 76/77 made FST series have the 1P neck for short period.
I had a few, but the specifications are much closed to Tokai made stone logo type.
From the catalog information, there were small head (62 model) and large head (68 model).
This is large head type like 68 model.
The body is probably Sen with 4.46Kg. The neck is Maple 1P, C shaped grip, with 41.8 mm Nut width.
The neck is straight and frets are proper condition. It has a bit tiger
flamed.
There are very few dents and scratches. Around the neck plate, we could
see a small dent.
Metal hardware is bit rusted.
It is very good clean tone guitar!
Really good looking as 35 years old guitar.
