Orville Les Paul Standard model (Fujigen Made) Rebuilt

Well, this Les Paul model was modified at our shop.
It should be Cherry sunburst originally.
But previous owner took off the top paint and put the gold paint.
It was done absolutely not by professional people.

Therefore, after I got this guitar, I sent it for our paint sub-constructor.
They are doing the custom paint only for Fujigen, Sugi and others.
So, it now the top is almost brand new quality (it has small dent on horn, refer pic.)

The pick ups were changed too. I don't know those PU's brand.
So, I put the brand new Gotoh PUs which we recently developed with Gotoh.
Magnet is Alnico 5 and US enamel coated wire.
The spacer is real maple wood.

The hardware is all Gotoh brand new. The circuit are changed all brand new.

So, it become pretty good Les Paul even compare with my Gibson Gold top.
Of course, it has the deep joint set neck constructions.
The neck is straight, Truss-Rod is workable, Frets are proper. The nut width is approx. 43mm.
The body weight is 4.31 Kg. Orville catalog said this is Maho body 2-3P/Maple 2P top and Maho 1P neck.

The hard case is not included. If you would like to get the hard case, please ask us.
We could offer brand new Black or Brown case.

Music-Trade produced the limited production PUs. These custom PUs are made by different material from standard

are closed to original PUs’ specifications and show you the sweet vintage tone.
